Honolulu County Vacation Packages

We had 3 adults staying there. It was advertised for 3 adults, however, the futon foldout was only big enough for a kid. We took pictures of our adult kids and their heads went over the futon. However. After complaining, the owners dropped off a double/queen blow up mattress, about the 3 day into the stay, meanwhile one of the kids had to move into our room. So, bad news, the room was not set up for 3 adults, but good news after days of complaining, the bed was corrected.

The resort itself was very nice, we just had a room (51) that was in need of repair and cleaning. I know there was flooding earlier in the season that may have accounted for our buckled, peeling and rotting floors, and doors that were falling apart, but it wasn’t what I was expecting without notice and the option to cancel. Staff responded quickly when asked to clean the dirty cabinets and repair the jammed closet door and staples that were sticking out of the bedroom door. Our biggest disappointment was the air conditioning. The photos clearly show an AC in each bedroom, but our unit had only one noisy, old unit in the living room which necessitated leaving bedroom doors open (awkward when traveling as two couples) and never cooled the bedrooms well enough to be comfortable. Kitchen was convenient, banana bread at breakfast was yummy, beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. Just don’t be surprised if your room is much older and more poorly maintained than the photos.

Really great! Only bad thing was they didn’t allow for a late check out.
